![]() Shipping is FREE, fully insured with Reverb's Safe Shipping, and include a nice SKB TSA hardshell case. ![]() Pickups in series are not only louder, but the lows and midrange tones are emphasized (somewhat similar to a humbucker). When not pressed, all positions & sounds are stock (normal). When pressed, positions 2 & 4 are in series, and positions 1, 3, & 5 are muted. I don't have a black rear trem cover, but if it's important I can probably find a different color one to include.Īs mentioned above, I installed an S-1 switch on October 2nd for some series wiring options. Maybe some slight oxidation on the pickup poles, but overall this guitar looks very nice & clean, and it sounds killer! Acoustically resonant, plugged in this one delivers all that classic Strat tone - just lower!Ĭomes with a whammy bar. The pickguard has minor pickwear scratches as well, but nothing that really jumps out at you until you start looking closely. Otherwise some subtle swirls and scratches from normal, honest playwear. ![]() The body is in surprisingly good shape for a 20+ year old guitar - there's one decent sized dent/chip in the finish on the back near the trem route, another dent/chip on the side that would rest near your knee when sitting, and one small ding on the top (which don't photograph nicely - had to use the lighting angle to really highlight them - see pics). The fretboard edges have been hand-rolled and the frets polished for maximum playability! There are some small finish blemishes around the truss rod channel (see pics), but nothing that affects playability. The neck was purchased new for this project, and as such has only a few minor signs of normal use. I think the only thing that's not made by Fender is the pickguard.Ĭosmetically this one's in really good shape. Weighing in at just under 7.5 pounds is this really cool partscaster baritone! The neck is a new (never used before now) 2020 Sub-Sonic baritone replacement neck with pau ferro fingerboard the body (which appears to be ash under the veneer - see pics) is from a 2000 MIM Standard Stratocaster the pickups are from a 2006 USA-made Highway One (including the Greasebucket tone circuit) the tuners are Fender Standard (staggered) tuners. UPDATED - installed S-1 switch for series wiring options, and added additional pictures to the listing.
